I have lived throughout the United States, but let me sum this up into a tidy paragraph.  I attended a small high school in Tennessee, followed by four years in the United States Marines.  I trained in infantry and security, and did the latter guarding weapons of mass destruction, followed by a stint in Intelligence.  Upon my departure, attended the University of Tennessee for two years. Then I moved to San Diego, California, enrolling at San Diego State University.  There was another college break, where I spent time on the road; traveling, hiking, meeting people, hearing ideas and opinions before I finally settled back and finished at San Diego State University, studying History and Classics.

I have lived in nine or so states, enjoying the diversity of all, though presently living in San Diego once again.  Though I write daily, I work in craft beer, which was a simple transition from college bartender, and the full time job is another reason this series is a bit behind.

Finally, the release of book 3, The Alcyoneus Bone, which I apologize for being late, but the time was filled with loss.  It was difficult to continue working at times.  My wife, Amy, has been amazing during all of this and I could not have completed it without her.  I look forward to working on Book 4, and hope, with hooves crossed, that it does not take as long to complete.
